FAQ

  1. Do I need any computer equipment? Yes you will need access to a computer or smart phone that enables video.

  2. How do I book a class? First take out a Price plan under PLANS AND PRICES.  Then go to the tab BOOK ONLINE and choose as many of the classes you wish to take part in by clicking on the Class Schedule. Click on the BOOK button and then we will send you a a confirmation email with a Zoom link to watch the class.  You will need to download the Zoom application to your smart phone or your computer.

  3. Where can I find the LIGHTNING FIT app? You can access the LIGHTNING FIT app via WIX.  Please download the WIX app and search for LIGHTNING FIT.  On the App you can book your classes.

  4. Do I need any exercise equipment? For most of the classes you do not need any equipment - however we will let your know if you something for a specific class.

  5. What should I wear? Sports clothes or something that you can move in easily.

  6. How will the training work? Once payment has been made and you have booked your class - you will then receive a Zoom link via email.  At the start of your session, click the link we have sent you and this will take you to your online class.  Please make sure that you have downloaded the Zoom application before the class has started. 

  7. Is this a group class or individual class? All classes are group classes.

  8. Will I be able to see others in the group? Yes you will.

  9. Are the price plans on a rolling contract? Yes they are and can be cancelled at any time.

  10. If a class is cancelled - will I be notified? Yes you will be notified via email.
